Join the staff and coaches of the Extra Mile as we start our half marathon training program. Call out meetings are August 14th & 28th @ 6:00 p.m. at the Extra Mile. We recommend participants are able to run 5 miles and have a base training of 15 miles per week. This will help prevent injuries and an enjoyable training experience.

Anyone who has always wanted to run a 5K but lost motivation, lacked guidance, didn't know where to start or needed a goal to start, the Extra Mile has the program and coaches to help get you to the finish line.
Weekdays 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Weekends NOON to 5 p.m.
